Where are you based?
We’re based in Rohini, Sector 6, Delhi (110085) and operate pan-India through our online store.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope! You can place an order as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders easily and access your purchase history.
Are your products tested or reviewed before being sold?
Yes. We carefully select and test our products to ensure they are useful, reliable, and add value to everyday life.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship to all locations across India using trusted courier services like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, and others.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after shipping. Processing takes 1–2 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email to update your address.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Where are you based?
No, we don’t charge extra for COD. However, verification via call is required before dispatching COD orders.
Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. We use PhonePe’s secure payment gateway, which ensures your transactions are safe and encrypted.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return.
How will I get my refund?
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment source or bank account (for COD orders) within 8–15 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
We only allow exchanges for damaged or incorrect items, and an unboxing video is required. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
